They're the easiest penalty NOT to commit yet it gets called like 50 percent of the time there's a good return.

I dont think that is true at all, I think Block in the back is really easy to commit considering a lot of the blocks are made from the side and get called that way as well its a total gray area. Its simple and easy to do considering they are blocking from behind... just my 2 cents
