5'10 225 runs a 4.6 40. squats 575 and benches 420 lbs. Oh yeah and with all those TDs and yards he's never fumbled. Playing that style getting hit all the time makes that pretty impressive. Playing at the 5A level in Indiana I would imagine is a pretty high level.
Surely the heck he's FB material at Iowa isn't he? We probably wouldn't turn him into Weisman 2.0 so much but for D1 schools to be ignoring him blows my mind.

Like the article says 10-15-20 yrs ago the dude would be an absolutely highly coveted kid. Even if you don't want to use him as an every down bell cow there's a role on every college football team for a kid like that of some kind

I dunno about that... We tend to just move over LBs that don't quite climb the depth chart at that position. I'm not sure we've ever recruited a FB per say have we? Not many if we have.

Just the kind of back you want to wind down the clock with a lead, offer this kid, could play multiple positions.
