I don't understand the love/respect for Michigan. They've played two decent teams so far and lost to one and barely beat the other. I would have put them behind Mich St, Iowa and Maryland.

I dont worry about these types of rankings because Iowa and Mich St will never play this year (well maybe never unless the Big CCG).

Iowa is ranked correctly compared to the teams they will be playing but the games matter.

Iowa losing tomorrow at Minny will be a huge blow to the hawks as it seems they are the better team. This is a huge game for how the rest of the season will go and a chance to keep up with Wisky.

Sagarin has consistently liked Iowa for a few years now. I'm not sure what is skewing the stats they are using. Other predictive rankings rank Iowa in the low 30's.
