I have come to understand a lot more about the illness of depression as one of my close family members was diagnosed with it. I used to just say "snap out of it for Pete's sake", Now I know better. Shining a light on mental illness is very important and your openness is valuable testimony that with help, you can live with it. Seeking that help is hard, and people like you and Shawn discussing your own experiences is vital. Good luck Rob.

Thank you.

I'm fortunate to have a great family who understands the illness and helps me immeasurably.

He was the Swiss Army Knife for Iowa on the line of scrimmage. Best to Sean in his future endeavors.
