I heard it could be several years to add another team and integate them into the schedule.

Is it possible to implement the change in time for the 2010/2011 school year?

Seems to me we're looking more like the 2012/2013 school year at the earliest.

I think that's when the committee is supposed to come up with a recommendation whether or not to add a 12th team.
