Who cares, its time to hang up the jerseys now. No leadership, perhaps someone emerges next season.

Nothing changed. Teams figured out how to play against Iowa. Iowa needs better talent!!

If I was a point guard and rode the pine as I watched the starting point guard miss lay ups, open shots and play poor defense then I would transfer immediately.

Mike Gessell is hardly the problem....that's just dumb!

I'm resigned to the fact that Iowa just wasn't that great of a team. There's really no other way to explain it. I think they overachieved early on in the non-conference and Big Ten conference schedule and then came back to reality later in the season.

Really their best wins were Michigan at home and a road win against a cold shooting and struggling Ohio State. They blew late leads against Villanova, Iowa State, Michigan State, Wisconsin, and finally Tennessee...and it was their undoing.

There are definitely pieces of this team that make next year exciting, but this last month or so ended on a real sour note

Eventually you are what your record says you are. Looking at the last 2 years, same problems emerge over and over again. We are not completely back to the Mr. Davis level yet and our still rebuilding.

Got to upgrade the talent. Game day coaching is a bit suspect. Reffing and luck was not great for Iowa this year, but Iowa's talent was not enough to overcome it. Got to upgrade the talent. We have boys, they have men.

It's a lot of things.

1. Don't let us run.. we don't score great in the half court.
2. Sag off White.
3. We can't shoot 3's.
4. Our defense became horribad 7 out of 8 games down the stretch - tonight was okay.
5. Mike G has lost confidence.
6. Oglesby went cold.
7. Basabe disappeared.
