How Good Is Colorado Football?

Better question: What happened to Colorado football?

As for the game tomorrow, i think it is competitive, but I think Michigan pulls away late. If this was week one maybe Colorado had a better shot, Michigan is finding their way at home.......I like michigan.

Most teams are a bit of an unknown at this point. Colorado and Michigan have had cupcake schedules. Playing in the big house isn't easy. Still think M is over rated.

I live out here in Colorado, CSU fan before CU so I don't know much about CU. I do know that CSU is only a 5-7 win team, with minimal talent.

It appears that CU has some new facilities, but they're not football only.

They look virtual. So long as the game is virtual, they'll be fine. GIven that they smoke a lot of weed, nobody knows....at this point what difference does it make? Make Colorado great again.

According to the Denver Post article Colorado's champions center is 6 floors and 227,000 square feet for 156 million. The indoor practice facility is 110,000 sq feet. Our facility has among other things has a 23,000 sq foot weight room and 100,000 sq foot indoor practice facility for 55 million. This could be a game changer for Colorado as this was their first facilities upgrade since 1991.

This shows also that you are only on top facilities wise for a short while no matter how new or great. Need to keep investing in the program or risk falling behind.

Colorado is probably not "there" yet. Question to ask is: Is Michigan really"there" yet? They are just 1 year removed from a transfer qb who struggled on a not so good Iowa team as their only viable choice at QB. They have played no one yet of any consequence. Iowa has played a tougher schedule. That should be an indicator.

But their football program shares all of that, even the weight room and indoor field.
