How good are these seats??

For the Penn State Game.
Section 110. Row 6. Seats 7-8. I bought them for pretty cheap from a guy who got them from the PSU ticket office. Obviously they are in the Penn State section, but at least that means 2 fewer PSU fans at the game!
Any thoughts from folks who have sat in that section before?
 
I would say not great. You are on the sidelines, but you are in the last section. Wouldn't be too bad if you were higher up and not in row 6.
 
agree with h8ia, plus you will be surrounded by the opposition fans. It'd be great if you got a lot of action at that endzone though
 
I'm way up high in 109 right next to you. You are low, so the action in the south end zone will be great for you, anything in the north end zone will be difficult to see. You may have trouble seeing plays on the east sideline (visitors bench) as you may not be able to see over the players on that sideline.

It is in the visitors area, but the visitors are all at the bottom of 109/110 and at the top of 110. So you are still around a heck of a lot of Hawkeye fans.

is row 6 still that low? It's been a while since I've been to a game. I guess I still have time to sell them and get others.

I sat in similar seats for the Indiana game last year. Got them from a friend who knew the family of one of the Indiana players. Not the best seats, but they were free so I wasn't complaining. It was pretty funny going through the visitors players family line entering the stadium in my Hawk gear.

And you got A LOT of action in the 4th quarter of that game, both long TD passes, one apiece to DJK and MM, plus the long Wegher TD run that covered the spread! I am in the NW corner in 131, and I would have traded you for that game! :)

(In hindsight, of course!)

Any seat in kinnick is good.
HOWEVER....they are likely the worst seats possible in kinnick. there are only 3 other places in kinnick equally that bad...and they are the other 3 corners of the main stands.
 
lol too bad you werent about 4 sections over right behind the bench, those seats are fun considering you can yell at all of the opposing players... We had row 3 seats there and they weren't bad at all BUT you will have that issue of people being right in front of you. But those seats, yeah Penn State will travel heavy, have fun in that section hahaha
