He's been my avatar for a couple of weeks. He was able to blend in a superstar to this team and then coached the team to a victory in the end when the superstar was 'not available'. He showed flexibility and I think he could do the job.

I couldn't find a video clip of it, but my favorite line of that whole movie (not that that's saying much - it's a terrible movie) is during the first game, the Beavers take a time out, and as the players get to the bench, Coach Finstock goes, "Hot out there, innit?"
