From article:

Iowa's Christian Kirksey finished second on the North team with six tackles, including 1.5 for loss. He received positive reviews for his play all week. His former Hawkeyes teammate, tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz, did not record a catch but was credited with two tackles. Fiedorowicz was named the most outstanding tight end at the Senior Bowl on Friday, and his impressive physical attributes should make him attractive to teams on draft day.

Thanks for the summary and link. Hopefully both of these guys make it big in the NFL.

I keep saying Kirksey is gonna make it, and has the most upside of any of our LB. We'll see.

Is he a hybrid? A safety? you are not going to put him on the edge and tell him to get after the QB. i am not sure where you put him, he is going to struggle at the los against the run......A slot cover guy in nickle packages, I dunno, i am reaching. He is a classic tweener, I do not see anything more than a really good special teamer.

I followed how they were both doing during the week down in Mobile. They both had great practice weeks and both helped themselves.

Having said that, I trust a certain Mock Draft site more than the rest - WalterFootball - and AFTER the Senior bowl one of their analysts went 4 rounds deep. No CJF or Kirksey.

Here are the TE picks from that Mock draft:
1st Round - 3 TEs taken - #18 NYJ pick Ebron from UNC
#29 NE picks Amaro from Texas Tech
#32 Seattle picks Seferian-Jenkins from Washington
2nd Round - 1 TE taken - #41 Buffalo picks Nicklas from ND
3rd Round - none taken
4th Round - 2 TEs taken - #109 NYG picks Rodgers from Cal
#112 Miami picks Grimble from USC

Don't shoot the messenger. Again, this is one analysts opinion. Just don't want anyone screaming that he should be no lower than a 3rd round pick.

I am surprised, given CJF earned outstanding receiver award at the Senior Bowl and by most accounts of all the analysts that I read, was clearly the best TE at the Senior Bowl. Great blocker and a "good" receiver in the short and medium range passing attack.

"most outstanding tight end" and "impressive physical attributes" must not mean as much as they used to?
