Assistant at the college level would seem like the next step... At least that was my first thought.

He's going to North Dakota. Head coach is former Iowa assistant Brian Jones. Dean Oliver is there as well but I've heard he may have gotten an AC job with Illinois State.

Jason Shay is also and ND. Wouldn't surprise me if the Golden Boy in Ames or Westwood brought him in as an asst.
