Anyone have any insights to this ... was it his decision? Coaches? Either way, pretty classless and immature to do what he did but kids will be kids.

The 6-foot-6 high school senior forward from Lake Forest, Ill., announced on Twitter Thursday night his apparent satisfaction with severing ties with Iowa.
"I'm happy to say I am no longer considering Iowa and have cancelled my official visit," Boudreaux said.

Without knowing all of the facts, that comment definitely sounds as if he had his offer pulled.

A tweet from Iowa coach Francis inferred that Iowa backed off him. If Iowa cancelled his visit, I can understand a high school kid becoming upset over it. He probably was looking forward to it for a long time.

Who knows, I guess.....maybe there's an attitude problem, or behavioral problem that surfaced....Oh well, we move on to that kid from Missouri, O.G Anunoby....

Is this the same as saying "you can't fire me, because I already quit!" or "you're not breaking up with me, because I'm breaking up with you."?

Ikenna Okwarabizie tweeted that the NCAA just qualified him for a division one school. Maybe Iowa will pursue him He has a ton of potential at center.

He's definitely got some baggage from the sound of it. I think most every major school that was looking at him has backed off. Must be something out there.

That **** comes back to haunt you. Other schools are going to look at that and say "wow, first time this kid hits adversity with out program...he isn't going to respond well"

dbag move on his part. Sounds like Iowa isn't missing out on much.

Not sure how Twitter proves him wrong.

This is exactly right.

Like a kid is gonna go off on twitter about a school that is recruiting him, and he is going on an official visit to, just because....never mind the fact that this also jeopardizes his chances of signing with other schools when they see his behavior, and the fact that every other major school has pulled his offer as well.

All the evidence points to the fact he was told to move on.

Anybody who takes twitter as the real deal is probably a big fan of bleacher report and thinks the clowns are on the verge of big things in football.

He looks like a pretty decent player... Didn't see him pass much in any of the highlights I saw but he's got a nice frame on him with a handle and shot...
That said if he's a head case better to split before the wedding...

Wow, this has to suck for him.
