I understand how badly we've sucked for years and the reluctance to pay good money to watch that trainwreck. I also understand the frustration of being promised cheap hot dogs and showing up only to find you've fallen for the old bait and switch.

But with the way this team has played the last 3 games, I hope that Carver will be rockin!

If I were king of the world, any Iowa student who didn't show up and cheer loudly for this team would be expelled on the spot.

I think that attendance is key for so many reasons...recruiting, home ct advantage, the teams confidence. I've been waiting for this team to turn it around. Not sure if weve arrived yet, in fact don't think we have but we need bodies in Carver.

There are still thousands of students on campus or within 1 hours drive. Just give em 500-800 students, the general public will do the rest...

A girl I work with goes to Iowa and she says the students are just not into basketball at all so there's a good chance students won't show up, disappointing cuz we need them

I just bought my ticket and will be going, have never seen a basketball game at carver, bigger football fan. And last time Iowa was good in bball I was a freshman in hs. Lol.

They will show up if we get in the top 20, but I think we are still a couple seasons away.
