I think there was pressure from alums to get a "Michigan man", and they happened to grab Lloyd Carr's friend. I doubt Brandon came up with this name all on his own.

Brandon confirms that QB Tate Forcier not with the program. Can't elaborate because it's an academic issue.

A friend from Michigan is telling me there are rampant rumors that Denard is going to transfer. I haven't found anything substantial yet.

He came on to play in RichRod's offense and in Hoke's pro-style offense, he's a bit of a square peg for a round hole.

The highly recruited guy they have behind Robinson and Forcier (Gardner?) is more of a RichRod offense guy too, if I remember correctly.

Next season could be interesting at the QB position for Michigan.
