Who was arguing with me about the skill set of ol that come from spread teams vs pro set teams?
I said when you do something over and over for years you are going to get good at it (hopefully) but it also becomes ingrained. Just like the conversation about a qb taking shot guns or from under center. Or a center that is so used to one or the other.
I'm glad to hear the staff sees that.
It's human nature. The only way they grow is when they are uncomfortable.
The other thing I wonder about is if Tristan will try and set the bar even higher and break his own record before leaving. Another thing about human nature is, the world is full of people who pushed to be #1 but then slacked off.
It was nice to hear that he heard KF's message also.
Take it and spread it across the line. Iron sharpens iron!!
