Saw Hitch is headed to KC, nice to get to see him a little closer to hawkeye nation again. Excited for him, 9 million a year ain't nothing to sneeze at.

Especially with the collective bargaining agreement ending in 2020. The last one was negotiated in 2011. With the knowledge we have on CTE and concussions now compared to then that agreement may have well been signed in 1972. Look at the wave of three year deals that were signed just today. The players know what's at stake. 2020 is going to get ugly. The players aren't going to be so quick to back down this time.
