He is awful in close games. I thought years ago I posted a thread about it. I don't recall the numbers but it was bad.

Can't imagine it's gotten any better in recent times.

Continually losing close games isn't a sign of great coaching if you ask me.

It's a lot like our basketball program and close games.

What is it with Iowa and dribbling close games down their legs?

We seem to be made to suffer. It's our lot in life.

It would help a lot if we had smarter players. They make some of the most crucial errors. Now the coaches messed up in this game but when it's on the line you can't have penalties! Period! The players are to blame right along with the coaches. The Hawks never used to get penalties like they do now.

Iowa is the Chis Farley Chippendale of college football. Wanna play the part but don’t have what it takes. So fing tired of these types of games with the same predictable ending, I love the Hawks but come on!
