Come on ABC, give Hayden his due.
And the old sitcom with Craig T Nelson was on that network for crying out loud.Come on ABC, give Hayden his due.

Evidently it wasn't sexy enough for David Muir. Everything is a breaking crisis to him. A typical way for him to start a newscast is to say "100 million people at risk for tornadoes and severe weather.". Very rarely does severe weather impact even 1 million people.
End days are 11.5 years away, bud. 7 billion at risk. You can't understate the severity of these mass climate events.
We experienced harsh winters from Iowa to the Eastern seaboard and down to Florida throughout the seventies, but particularly at the end of the decade. The same people who now blame factories and deforestation for global warming were saying then that we were contributing to the next ice age, that the glaciers would be coming back.Well 15 years ago they told us Manhattan Island and Miami Beach would be under water by now so the alarmists aren't real good at predicting climate really.
LOLWho watches abc??
Hayden was a hero in the Heartland, which is deplorable flyover country to the national media-scum. I'm glad they passed on it because they would have likely either omitted the most important impacts he had on people or they would have put some lib-spin on it and failed to honor him properly.
I never questioned climate change. I did question talking heads who said humans were responsible for both harsh winters and global warming. They are people that still don't believe climate change is real? Wow!
