I am all for bringing our offense into the 21st century, but I would like to point out that Mines is 6-5 (4-5 in conference) this year. Hardly a magic bullet solution. You'll notice right in the story they mentioned Mines losing a game b/c it got all wet & windy partway through a game. I'm just saying there are limitations to running a "greatest show on turf" type offense in Big Ten country.

All that said, I want to reiterate - the offense needs to be updated, badly. But we've got to be realistic, too.
