Nothing wrong with what he said. It's debatable who is worse. Both are low level MAC teams this year. Remember Iowa also lost to CMU.

As much as I hate Davis, and am upset with Ferentz, I'd still take us over Illinois, and I'm one of the most negative posters on this board.

Tough to say which team was worse this year. Thank goodness they didn't play each other. I love the Hawkeyes and would have forced myself to watch the game but it would have been painful.

Kind of like watching two handicapped dogs, each with a paw tied behind their backs, fight to the death in Mike Vick's back yard.
 
wait...does this mean that we are a dog crap team? I thought Kurt said we weren't and of course he's never wrong

Can we face Illinois at some high school stadium in North Dakota or wherever to replace our bowl game in December? Iowa could wear throwback jerseys from the 1971 team that finished 1-10. Illinois could wear throwbacks from their 1890 team that finished the season 1-2. Halftime festivities could consist of Ron Zook, dressed as Chief Illiniwek, leading the 856 in attendance in a spirited version of YMCA.

Wrong....you obviously never read/were part of the "poop" thread on here a few years back. (right OK4P?)

Illinois is the worst and its not even close. Aside from that the Gophers belong in the mix with us as being really bad - really bad loss to Iowa, in six of their BT games they had 13 points or less and scored 17 in their win over Illinois.
