Hawks paste Clowns...did we learn anything new about Iowa?

Clowns suck so bad, but I thought Iowa D played better (Mabin for sure). I kinda of hope we somewhat called off the dogs in the 2nd half on offense. But, 42-3 is what Iowa should do to this joke of a program most years.

What concerns do any of you see?

the only thing I learned is that
1) Jewel is probably the most valuable person on the team in terms of leadership and it's not even close
2) ISU is the worst team Iowa will play all year

I already knew it but Cj can pass the football, Vandy is a great receiver, the passing game can be even better because CJ actually missed some wide open receivers. Jewel and Johnson in the middle are tough, we have an ok pass rush one very good corner and another above avg corner which can make the interior 9 on defense play some zone elements. We have some really good running backs. The two tall DEnds might have to get lower against the run.

A) The entire kicking game is real solid.

B) Jewell is the key guy on our D

C) VandeBerg is faster than ever

D) CJ is the best passer in the B1G and a 2nd or 3rd round pick.

E) Jay Scheel caught a pass ... hopefully, the first of many

Totally agree with both. Miami (OH) would destroy the Clowns.

Probably, but we should be able to score at will. They gave up 44 to Eastern Washington at home last night (won in OT 50-44)
