From article:

“The guys were joking with me on the sideline, saying my eyes were like saucers out there,” Kaeding said after Sunday’s practice. “To be honest, I just reacted. I didn’t have time to think about the fact that we were playing the Vikings or that I got hurt on a similar play.

“But it was another first for me because it’s something you can’t ******. I’ve cleared several hurdles during this rehab, and that was an important one.”

Oh by the way, Kaeding had field goals of 50 and 54 yards. He hasn’t won the Chargers’ kicking job against his replacement last year, Nick Novak, but 9th-year Charger Kaeding certainly seems like the likeliest pick.

Julian Vandervelde: The second-year Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman sang the national anthem at the Eagles’ annual “Flight Night,” an open practice at Lincoln Financial Field.

Eagles rookie sixth-round pick Marvin McNutt has work to do. Even if the Eagles decide to put Cooper on injured reserve, McNutt might not be part of the 53. Johnson would have a job, and possibly veteran Chad Hall would, as well.

Allen Reisner isn’t guaranteed a spot with the Minnesota Vikings, but the second-year pro definitely is in the mix to be on the 53-man roster.

This was kind of what I figured when I was watching some of the Eagles' Monday night game last week. He just wasn't getting on the field. Kinda sucks, hope that he makes the team.
