And today, Lunardi's Bracketology has IOWA at a #7 seed in NCAA tourney

The IOWA Women are projected as a #3 seed on ESPN Women hoops site, by Charlie Crem.

And.......the IOWA Wrestling team is the # 1 ranked squad in the nation

Hawkeye fans need to relax and enjoy the ride..........

And actually, while I know that UNI is everyone's favorite 'little brother', right now, I would LOVE for the
Hawkeyes to get another crack at UNI, who Iowa lead at half-time, as I recall.

I'm glad we will not have a little number "25" next to "Iowa" on the TV screen score ticker at the bottom of your screen this Thursday. That little ranking number has a way of being a curse for the Hawks. I'm good with flying under the radar.

Exactly. The only way to be legit is to learn how to play with a target on your back. Until you can do that, you're just a pretender. I'd rather be a contender.

Besides, Iowa played pretty well MOST of last year and was ranked almost all year.. They just crumbled late in the season.
