I thought maybe they'd jump into the teens with a win over #1, and on the road vs. #14 in the same week, but I guess they're one of the higher ranked 3-loss teams.
Iowa certainly has a case for being higher than 23, but such are things when you lose 3 times. Gonzaga and Butler both higher ranked with 3 losses. But Iowa has a far more impressive season to date than either Gonzaga or Butler. Gonzaga's best win is over UConn. Butler beat Purdue but no one else.
Good news is if Iowa can just beat Nebraska, it's one more week in the rankings for sure.
Not to play the downer but Gonzaga did kick our *** last year and still has their 3 monsters inside. I won't argue with being below them, hopefully we pass them eventually. I see point on Butler though.
Pretty sure that Poland dude Karnowski got hurt and is out for the year.
I've participated in the edibles from Colorado. It was interesting

The AP is the better and more knowledgable poll and we are #19 there. It's a fair ranking.
I would have thought just the opposite as its coaches voting right? Isn't AP sports writers and media?
Of course we know how the east coast and SEC all stick together to vote for their teams so that they can promote their own local teams. I would think there is some truth in that in all categories; coaches, sports writers, and media.
