I like our chances. With all the Indy connections on the team and the chemistry it seems like a good fit for him. What an impact he could have ... even as a freshman if he is as good as advertised.

Saturday's showing by the O shouldn't have hurt either. While they weren't the focal point of the passing game, Smith, ISM, and Easley all came up with clutch catches during the game. Hopefully Bell realizes he'd be the one to swing the focus from the TE's to a balanced attack.

Maybe he'll commit to us early instead of waiting for January. This is exactly what the Hawks need. If we can get the first 1 then possibly that'll open the door for more looking at Iowa. It's the 1 piece of the puzzle that's been missing for some time now.
