First lets look at the overall then break it down as overall another strong performance by the Hawks took care of business like a top ten should against a lesser team.
1.O-line The O-line again looked solid gave Ricky plenty of time and opened big holes for both of our RB's coming along nice and will continue too get better each week.
2. RB's I had predicted 110 for A-Rob and 87 for Jewel I was close with this two headed monster really gives us a great RB combination for sure, and both will get better as season goes on.
3.QB Ricky again had a steady day with no mistakes. Why do we keep running an out from far hash lucky it was not a pick six again lets get rid of that play does not work for us.
4. Rec The receivers had another solid performance really have a deep group this year best in Hawkeye history.
Overall Offensive performance 8
1 DL the DL looked great again what a group they can control the tempo of the game for sure Daniels is looking like another strong DL for sure gives us a rotation that will help when we get into the tough part of the schedule
2. LB's Terp is looking good and Hunter and Davis played well will continue too improve each week as well.
3. DB's played well still have not been tested yet
Overall Def performance 8
SP teams coverage was not good on kick offs that needs too get shored up soon. Punt coverage and Punting was solid.
Sp T overall performance 6.5
Coaching KF has done a nice job having everyone ready and coming out with an aggressive attitude and take care of lesser team.

Overall team performance 8 Iowa looked like a top ten team and took care of a lesser team the way a top ten should.
Should be fun next week in AZ.
