Iowa extended a scholarship offer to Isaiah Mullens this week. The Ohio DE told HN that the opportunity made the Hawkeyes one of his favorites:

Agree. Wisconsin offered in February and he visited Madison in March. That gave the Badgers a head start. We'll see of we can catch up.
