first things first my friend. Reserve a room downtown so you can walk from the stadium area. Eventhough the room rate is more its worth it. DUI costs about $5K.

Depends on the game. Some of the bigger games (esp night games) fetch a pretty penny on Craigslist. PM me if you are interested

Park in Hancher (exit 244, Dubuque street)...you can walk to the stadium or downtown with ease. Free buses run to Kinnick beginning 2 hours prior to game time.
Give me a hollar...we have a sweet tailgate spot 2 blocks from Kinnick...new friends always welcome...that goes for anyone else on here too.

I park for free in front of the courthouse and we keep our tailgate pretty low key. You are more than welcome to join us. That day I will probably venture to a few other tailgates too as it is a night game, and there is so much more time!
