Have we been using the outside WR type screens? Any rollouts?

I missed both hawk games live and on TV so I am asking if we have used the type of quick WR screen we have used, that lots of teams use, when we had Vandy, McCarron, Easley, tavon smith, grab a quick out pass behind the line and one or two other receivers would block?

Sometimes those plays go for good yardage and sometimes just a few. But they should be safe easy passes.

On radio yesterday it sounded like BF made an adjustment rolling Stanley out a few times to get away from the blitz. Is that the case and did it work? It sounded like he had more time and got a couple of completions doing this.

There was one jailbreak yesterday which rarely amounts to anything especially with the lack of speed that we have. I don’t recall any screen plays at all other than that one.

The jailbreak screen was the same old same old 3 or 4 yard gain on a third and long, if I remember correctly.

There were rollouts but its like Stanley isn't any more accurate or the routes run by the receivers weren't as sharp because guys just weren't open or the passes were broken up.

Obviously, the waggle is being saved for conference play right after the zone run and play action game gets going.

I feel like I remember some rollouts that would have crossing routes for tight ends open 10-15 yards down field. Am I accurate?

RB Screens. No.

Routes for WRs stretching the field has been called but rarely thrown and IF then it’s off target or a drop is the outcome.

Stanley to Smith 30yder was a thing of beauty.
