Has Iowa ever played in a bowl game after January 1st?

As I'm watching the Outback Bowl pitting Northwestern and "I couldn't handle coaching at Iowa State's" Auburn I was thinking...bad idea. Has Iowa ever played later than January 1st. My money would say no but I am curious to know the answer. So for anyone who would like to do some research it would be greatly appreciated. Or for those with connections and would probably make a phone call and get the answer in moments I would also appreciate that as well

I think the 2003 Orange Bowl was Jan 2nd. might be wrong though.
