I think he will be the new coach at Mich. And I think that NU will hire,........ Scott Frost OC at Oregon

I get that Frost has the ties to Nebraska ... that being said, he has only been OC at Oregon for 1 season and before that he was WR coach ... and he also spent some time at UNI ... Yes, Oregon is flashy on offense but that system was put into place by Kelly before he left to coach in the NFL.

I don't think Frost is a gimme in being the next coach. That is a gamble on someone who has never been a head coach and will be expected to exceed 9 wins a season. I don't see it.

If this happens, the B1G will soon get back to being one of the best conferences in football. That's a good thing for the conference, but likely a bad thing for the Hawks.

And Iowa will just fall further, and further, and further, and further, and further, and further behind in recruiting.

Harbaugh didn't have much good to say about Michigan. I know he is Michigans top choice. I just don't see him going back to the college game unless it would be to put OSU and Urban back in their place. If he leaves SF he can have his pick of the NFL openings. I would love the Bears to make a run at him. Trestman is turning out to be a disaster.

I think there is a 50% chance Michigan will whiff on their top choices (not even sure who those may be) and Fitz or Jerry Kill will wind up there because the list of guys available once you get past Harbaugh looks pretty shaky. That's the kind of move interim ADs make.

The conference being viewed as second rate is much worse for us.

Good players want to compete at the highest levels.

this conference needs to have the bar raised across the board.

I could see Kiffin landing one of those jobs. Now that he has learned from the master, schools will jump at him. Stupidly, but they will.

Gary will respond with the same urgency that Kirk does in football games. Wait until your too far behind, make an effort but finish with plenty of bullets in the holster.

No. Kill won't go to UM. It would be a terrible hire there. Harbaugh maybe. I could see the sweater vest in Mich, though.

Not a fan of JH on a personal level but I'd take him as the next Bears coach in a heartbeat.

No, Kelly is a very smart dude, but it was Brooks and Belloti and a whole lot of Phil Knight $$$$$ that got that juggernaut started.
