Haden making Barta look rock solid ...

Haden SAYS he recuses himself from all decisions regarding U$C. But, given that he doesn't ANSWER questions about boards on which he serves, and there is conflicting information in at least one instance, it's best summed up this way:

Through either direct giving, or foundation/charitable giving, U$C, through Haden, has a sh*t-ton of access to funding that all but ensures he needs to be caught in the sack with livestock to lose the U$C gig.

The guy is the pictorial definition of "conflict-of-interest". That he doesn't even acknowledge some of the questions is a pretty good indicator of the culture there.

Some of the numbers, i.e., salaries/payments to board members vs. charitable distributions, can be misleading. Still, to have BOTH Haden and his daughter getting compensation from the same non-profit/charitable foundation/organization SHOULD raise a red flag.

"Tax records for the sports council and two affiliated organizations state that he works an average of six hours a week, but Haden said he has "never been to one meeting.""

Well, that may be interesting to the IRS. And I'm sure Mayr Foundation donors are real happy to learn he's paid $72k for 1 hour per week. $1,440/hr is nice work if you can get it!

why don't you just go ahead and go into the details....make up your own questions and answer them - I'm too lazy to PM you.
