I have a good friend that actually grew up with Castillo in NJ and goes to Iowa also. Hurt himself lifting today. No idea how serious the condition is, but he is banged up.

No kidding. Hopefully it's just a strain but there are many bad things that can happen while lifting, like tears or even worse, an incident like that USC player had where he dropped the barbell on his throat.
