Everyone except Ferentz gets a B. They are doing exactly what they are told to do by the HC.

The HC on the other hand deserves no better than a D-.

However, if I dwell upon the two losses to Minnesota the last few years, I could easily give KF an F.

Who in heck needs a rb coach? Remember that Kirk moved him to rb coach apparently because he wasn't getting the job done. What exactly is Erb going to tell or show a rb what to do? Imo, Erb is useless both coaching and recruiting.
