Very cool. Any kid with that athleticism to get offers for both sports and seemingly the work ethic and mind to match...love it.

I don't even know how this works? So the kid plays football until hopefully, January 1st or later and then joins the bball team? Do we even have a bball scholarship for him or would he just take a football scholarship and then add bball to his resume. What a very athletic kid! And sounds sharp too in his interview. I say bring on the next Bo Jackson! Can he play baseball too?

He would have to be on football scholarship per NCAA rules, I believe. He would then be a walk on for basketball.

At least this is how it has to be for kids who run track. This way a school can't get above 85 scholarship kids for football. Otherwise some schools would use the non-revenue sports to pad their football teams.
