So I'm staying up a little late, having enjoyed a good evening of hoops (Hawks and Duke both won), and I see Stevie Wonder's team is going to be on a late TV game. I flip over and all I get is a Mountain West women's game going into 3 OT's. Snore...

The women's game will never reach its full potential until Geno retires and UConn comes back down to Earth. No one has a chance in that sport but UConn.

Wait, did I just comment on women's basketball?

Same problem here Freddy. Let's hope this gets over soon. But hell they have scored almost 90 each in the game.

Just spending time getting caught up on here while the game gets over.

Make that FOUR OT's. Shouldn't they have a "mercy rule" for women's basketball? Mercy for those whose TV's it's cluttering up, I mean. No play beyond regulation. If they're tied after 40 minutes, the winner should be decided by a hair-pulling contest in the locker room.
 
Anyone see the play where Hobson got a technical foul called on him? Looked like the guy took a swing at a UNLV player but not any good camera angles to see it. Announcers said that Hobson got lucky and could have been tossed. They went on to say that he went to five different high schools in four years, a year or prep school, JC and then to NM. WOW. At his rate he will be at NM longer than Settles was at Iowa. 4 point game with 3:00 left, NM had been up by 15 most of the game.
 
Turning into a very good game.

I thought Hobson got lucky the camera was on this side of the court rather than the other. He might have gotten tossed with a different angle.
