Go Back to Ames Little Brother

That was a great game by the hawks, very impressed by the hawks defense holding them under 60 I think, no late game collapse and maybe this team will play loose all season and shine

Iowa is talented. Please remember that we won tonight without our best big man. The future is bright

We put out the effort we needed to on both ends of the floor tonight and if we continue to build upon that then the future does look bright. We need this type of intensity every game and not just against a rival. If we can continue to expand our abilities on an upward trajectory then the future will be bright. If we let down for the games we are favored in then we could get bit in the ass. That was the point I was making.

If Cook is really our best big man we might still make the tourney if we beat UNI before he gets back. That would make Pemsl our second best post player and we have 3 guys who can drill 3s. Damn that Omaha loss.

I haven't had a lot of chances to watch to many games so far but from what I have saw it appears the Cook is our best offensive B1G man but I am not sure that he is the best defensively. I hope to be able to say that he is as good defensively as he is offensively because good defense is vital in the B1G.

The clowns really showed us didn't they. Using their own way of thinking ( they actually lost last year too ) Clowns blue bloods don't drop out of the top 25.

Would really suck to be an ISU fan. The Prohm era doesn't even officially begin until next year when all of Hoiberg's recruits are gone and they're already unraveling. Between this and their 2-3 win football seasons every year playing in the worst P5 conference, I kind of start to feel bad for them.
We just clowned Iowa State without our 2nd best player. The tide has turned.
