Dear hawkeye fans, I'm reading many of your comments and need to fill you in on some facts. Fran Mccaffrey is the only coach in NCAA history to bring 3 different schools from 3 different one bid conferences to the NCAA tournament. He was Digger Phelps top assistant at Notre Dame and was responsible for recruiting players such as Doc Rivers and Laphonso Ellis. He has TWO players currently on NBA rosters from Siena. The first ever from the school. Two years in a row he had upsethe 1sr round of the tourney(Ohio st., I'm sure you want to beat them, and Vanderbilt) while at Siena. In short you just got the future coach of the year for th Big Ten. Bet on it and thank your athletic director.
