George Kittle Cashes In

I almost thought he'd get closer to 20/yr. He's still breaking the bank and has smashed how much the next highest TE is getting. Good for him. Glad he's healthy and locked in long term. Couldn't be happier for the dude.
 
It's good to see deserving players cash in before they have to get to the second contract or before they get tagged.

I know they have agreed to certain things in collective bargaining but gol dang it Kittle deserves it. Like everyone else who steps on a field he is one play from the end of his career.

This ^^^ He seems so genuinely nice and cares for people. He is rich but I think he will be helping people in the future also. JJ Watt and a lot of other stars put their money where their mouths are and into action.

I know a lot of people arent big on PGA and LPGA golf but the PGA has raised over $2 billion for charities and the golfers themselves and the retired golfers like Nicklaus, Palmer etc had/have their own charities and raise 100s of millions.
 
All I can say is Greg Davis made this guy invisible. It boggles my mind. For those of you who don't think Brian Ferentz is better at using his talent...aren't seeing what I'm seeing. And don't throw the Fant was underutilized bull. There was a higher draft pick getting his share also during Fant's time...and Stanley couldn't throw a catchable ball to Fant for some reason.

Yup you're right they'll renegotiate 2 yrs earlier if he's playing well. If he's hurt a lot and not they could even cut him.... It'll be one way or the other pretty much. Another scenerio is he plays it out and they Franchise tag him or let him walk but I don't see that happening. Teams don't typically like to do that for TEs. Has any ever been? He'll be like 31 then so we'll see. Alot can happen between now and then.
 
Glad to be wrong I didn't think he was going to get that type of money. Shannonhan/Lynch are building a plug and play type roster(including the quarterback)......that being said the contract appears to be structured where they do not get jammed up. Seems like a win-win for everybody.

Exactly. Only one guy can score on any given possession and he was on the 2nd best team in the league. Your darn right that counts. The 9ers were smart enough to realize that.
