Gator Bowl?

SB Nation projects Iowa as #4 Big Ten to the Gator. Wouldn't this be great? Michigan is #3 Big Ten projected to the Outback. Could we even pass them in the Bowl Hierarchy? Go Hawks!

ESPN has Iowa in either the Texas Bowl against K-State or Gator against Mizzou. FWIW the SBNation projection has us playing Ole Miss.

I don't want any part of Mizzou. Geez, if they get their QB back, they are really freaking good. Their WR's and D-line are sick. Pinkel has really impressed me with his ability to recruit guys. I watched them punish Florida's offense...they are pretty good. I'd rather play Georgia or Florida to be honest.

They had us as 4 because they had wisky and osu in BCS games. So really 5-7 would be the rank. Still good.

I'd rank the Big Ten this way right now. It will play its self out.

1. OSU
2. Wisconsin
2 MSU
4. Michigan (W/L record)
5. Iowa
6. Minny
7. Nebraska - (because F 'em)

MN at 6 you serious about that Clark? That was one of the easiest wins we had this season so far. 8 maybe...def not upper div.

I'd be in Jacksonville. Nice city, dumpy stadium, but not as dumpy as the Orlando stadium.
The northern half of Florida often sees evening temperatures in the 40s and below.

Back in 1983, Iowa was ranked 10th and Florida was ranked 11th in the Gator Bowl.
Plus, the game was on ABC in Prime Time.
Now, the Gator Bowl, is a shell of what it once was.

I'm hoping for Pizza Pizza. I've reserved a block of rooms at the Ponchartrain and bought a locking gas cap for my car. I want a rematch with NIU.
