Just said this on the BTN Finale show - I was about to get emotional. Just unbelievable how much this team has improved on the run. Has done absolute wonders for our guys' confidence to get easy buckets by pushing the ball.

Bobby Knight once said the best team on the court is one that can transition from offense to defense and defense to offense the most effectively.

We run after makes as well. Mr. Davis used to say that if your designated guy that gets the ball out of the net doesn't get out of bounds and outlet the ball quickly enough, it's time to get a different guy. Also, MSU is notorious for the fast break, so that's saying something.

The team also seems to be doing an excellent job of knowing when to run (and when not to), and are under control when they do run the break. Only about 10-12 turnovers a game despite pushing the tempo seems like a really good number.
