I just did some catch up and read three of Rick‘s articles. I sure do enjoy his contributions. His history with Iowa athletics presents us with a different perspective than our emphasis on what is happening in the here and now. Keep em’ coming, Rick!

I think what makes it weird for me is that outside of not having Hawkeye football nothing else changes. The activities such as club soccer tournaments and league double headers that is the determining factor as to whether I watch the game live or on DVR are still going on. With everything else still going on it honestly feels like I just got back 3.5 hours of less conflict added to my weekend.
