Not a bad hire, if nothing else Groh is a very good recruiter so he should be able to bring in some more talent to the defense.

This tells me they will go to the 3-4 full time instead of fooling around with it. Groh is a very good linebackers coach. They have the personell to play the 3 down lineman too.
