Because they get screwed by the refs every game, every year and are loaded for next year and/or 2 years down the road.

I'm a Browns fan as well. Campbell couldn't be worse. An empty Campbell's soup can couldn't be worse than what they've got. Current coach was ranked dead last of all head coaches in all professional sports combined. I thought that was too generous.
