I don't know that the Hawkeyes are unlikeable. The players all seem pretty classy to me. KF, whether you agree with his approach, is a very good human. And, unlike the Broncos, Iowa wins most of their games and is relevant in its football circles. So, I will watch a team that wins. Its painful at times, but not unwatchable. Iowa certainly seems to be interested in being a respectable team, their HC just does not realize his son is a bad OC, but they are more than respectable at 5-1, with the only loss to a Top 10 team on the road.
So, I guess I will call bad take here. One team has 1 win and 1 team has 1 loss and Iowa is generally a good people program and appears to be so this year as well.
Also, notice that an NFL team with an All-pro QB and two stud WRs only scored 8 points against a good, but not great, Chiefs D. Notice too that the Chiefs only scored 19 points with the greatest QB on the planet. Scoring is hard. That said, both offenses looked at least competent. Iowa's has not.
