Rutgers has almost ZERO basketball history.

I can see it being an attractive job to someone though. NY area, low-expectations, coming into a lot of new money with the BIG, great exposure, ANY success would be received with wild enthusiasm. No coach from the current BIG teams is going there but it'll be a much more attractive job than you think for those reasons. They'll be able to pay a coach 1.5-2.5 million, almost any institution can now.
