Former Hawkeye walk-on reaches for dream

In a thread about IOWA's newest walk-on QB (Evan McMillan, 6-5, 190 pound quarterback, of St. Paul (MN) Academy) a couple of Goofer Ho posters said that McMillan reminded them of former Minnesotan and Hawkeye walk-on QB David Raih. That lead to a link to this inspirational article. The article may have already been posted as it is over a year old, but its a great read about a young man with HAWKEYE values and worth a second look.

I was thinking the same thing. Sounds like if there's an opening he could fit in, Ferentz should immediately try to snatch him up..

Have to agree.

Not certain what his specialty will be but would love to see him back in Iowa at some point in his career. A true Hawkeye inspiration!!!
