Former employees protest Hawkeyes? official pizza company - The Daily Iowan

From article:

But Enrique Martinez, one of the former workers present at the event, said the problem is not workers’ immigration status but horrendous working conditions at Palermo’s Milwaukee plant.

“Work at Palermo’s is about machined workers who can produce as much as possible,â€￾ Martinez said through a translator. “I used to do the job of two people. The floor was sometimes covered in oil, and I had to run across the floor to get my work done, all for the $7.25 that I started off with. We had to constantly keep running, and accidents were inevitable.â€￾

At least the pizzas aren't made in China.

That's right. If we're going to create inferior products using underpaid workers in horrid conditions, it needs to happen in the USA! There's a reason they can sell those babies for buck ninety-nine.

When asked to comment, Giacomo and Angelo Palermo said, through a statement by their attorney,

Giacomo:"These statements are 200% inauthentic!.
Angelo: Wait, 200%?
Giacamo: That's right, 100% times the two of us!
Angelo: Well, pops didn't teach you math, or business ethics."

I think Enrique M. should apply for a job as chef at Rudy's Tacos. He is clearly qualified.

Teh Waffle House now requires reservations & they have a dress code too.

Geez you'd think all that help obama was giving to small businesses would give them help to make sure employees are safe and sound. How dare they.

Don't worry, Romney will send them packing to China as he makes a shiny penny off it.

Then Youngwan Wang will have to deal with the spills on the floor.
