Forde Yard Dash



Funny, did not think Marv Cook, football coach at Regina in IC would be that hard to find. Seems like he is hiding in plain sight to me.

Forde is a smug *****,as evidenced by his continued poking at the Iowa football program in this column,lumping them in with Home Heroes,Road Zeros...a group of 6 teams with the other five winless on the road with 3 or 4 losses...while Iowa is at 1-1 on the road and we get to join that elite group.
Same column he plugs Gary Barnett as next coach for Minny, and then admits that he played HS football for Barnett,which explains why he always has had a hardon for the Hawks...Barnett always hated Hayden and Iowa,and he influences Forde,clearly.
 


Yup, winning in front of 113,000 opposing fans by 10 pts and losing to a top 15 team on the road, 2 time-zones away, by 7 points sounds like a zero to me. :rolleyes:

I am not one to usually use the "disrespect" card, but at least have some clue about what you are talking about.

With the exception of Adam Rittenberg and Ivan Maisel, reading any ESPN College Football columnist is a complete waste of time.
 


i really cannot imagine that Pat Forde has enough time in his day nor does he make it a priority to find a way to continually poke Iowa...on the other side his commentary on Les Miles the last few weeks has been down right funny.
