Ruh Roh - sounds like the same weather we had in ought five. I think we all remember how that one turned out.

I like the cold and rain in the forecast ...

a) the Hawks are usually not impacted by bad weather
b) bad weather tends to take the home crowd out of the game
c) I still need to buy 2 tickets and this will keep the prices down

Rain would hurt NW offense more than Iowas.

Not sure of that.
NW has real grass,so rain will make it soft and tricky to negogiate.
NW throws tons of short slants and out patterns..so tricky footing is harder on the defender who does not know which way he is going to have to go.
Short passes are not so affected by wind and rain. That is NW 's game.
Long passes? Affected by wind and rain. That is Iowas game.

Iowa has better talent, and bad weather usually narrows the talent gap.

I would prefer a sunny, dry and windless day for Iowa every gameday this year, with our deep passing weapons.
